Retouch Less is operated by Fokalabs. This page describes the current product behavior; a signed order form or DPA overrides it where applicable.

What is processed

Product jobs contain the images, folder structure, brief, outputs and review actions needed to run the service. Access requests contain submitted fields plus request time, IP, approximate location, network name and user agent.

Product files remain in the job workspace until the job is deleted or deletion is requested. Access requests remain available for access review and commercial follow-up until Fokalabs removes them.

Current processors include Clerk for authentication, Google Gemini APIs for requested image processing, Cloudflare for delivery and request context, and the configured email provider for access notifications.

Commercial terms

Public estimates use progressive per-output bands and appear before launch. Taxes, payment timing, service levels and negotiated terms belong in the applicable order form.

Generative outputs can drift or fail. Structural checks flag risk but do not guarantee perfect geometry, color, identity or fitness for publication. The operator remains responsible for approval and must hold the rights needed to process every image.
